The vice president a very vital important part of every 1%er and motorcycle club.
And we get into it on this episode of demons row tv.
And, oh, yeah, we ghostin baby big, shout to the ghosts and the ghostettes welcome to demons row.
Tv, the holy grail of mc culture, where we cover everything motorcycle club involved, I'm sose, the ghost I'm, your host for the evening.
And today, we're going to talk about it vice president the vp for short, the number two man to the head honcho that's, the president of any 1%er or motorcycle club.
This position is key to the president's success, a bad vp.
And your president is toast a good one.
And your president is loved by the membership.
We're gonna get into it.
But the first thing I want you to do like we always do on this channel is to hit me with that #ghostin.
And that lets me know you're alive and well sitting on twos doing what you do or just part of the demons row community.
One of my ghosts big, shout out to all my new subscribers.
Welcome to the row, get your demons.
Row, clothing, follow the sose, the ghost page and follow us on instagram, @sosetheghost_, @demonsrow and let's get into it.
A vp can make or break a president.
So if you're starting a club or you're, the president of an established club, you have to choose your vp very wisely, because your vp is your bridge to the members.
The vp runs the chapter.
He makes sure everybody stays in their lane while the president is doing what he got to do.
If the vp is not a good vp that president has a lot on his plate.
So that's, the most important person for you as a president is your vice president.
You have to pick somebody that, you know, you can rely on.
And that also doesn't want your spot.
They have their hands on everything.
They give the schedule to the club of events.
Everything that's going on.
They got their hands in everything the financials, you know, the club management all money.
They know everything that's going on.
They know the pulse of the club.
So that can be used against a president, if it's not a good vp, he keeps the president up to date on the good and the bad of every member in the club.
If somebody's messing up the vp goes to the president lets him know, what's going on.
He keeps him in tune with everything that's going on the sergeant-at-arms moves with the president and protects him while the vp does him with the majority of the members when the sergeant arms gives out fines.
The vp is the one who consults it.
The vp is the one who runs the table in meetings, he's a very vital part of the structure of the way.
Churches run like he really takes care of everything in the club.
The day-to-day the way the table runs like, he handles all of that hit that like button if you're getting value from this.
But if you have your president come up to you and tells you that he wants you to be his vp.
I need you to understand that.
This is not a when we get to church.
We find out what's going on type of deal.
This is like a 24 hour operation like you need time.
A lot of people tell me like yo, so she would be a great president.
Listen.
I look at all the work that they have to put in, and it takes a lot, and you need a vp that is super solid.
So that's, not an easy job.
And if you have a lot like, if you got goals and you're trying to pursue stuff and all that it is not the position for you, because it is a lot of work.
And you got to be really dedicated to be a vice president of a club.
Now when you're forming up and you're gonna ride in formation, you'll have the president to the left, and the vp will be to his right.
They will always leave the front of the pack when you're riding.
So a lot of clubs are different.
I know most clubs have it pvp sergeant-at-arms and then so on.
And so on, depending on the the rest of the pecking order for your club.
But the vp is always front and center with the president in a pack.
Now if you have a president that is bugging and he's messing up and he's doing things that maybe he needs to be removed, or maybe he don't need to be removed.
Maybe he's just messing up.
The vp is the one that holds him accountable to be a good vp.
I think that ambition to be in a higher position should be out of your mind.
If you want the president's spot, you will be his biggest enemy.
A vp can crumble a president because a vp is the bridge to the members.
So you have the pulse of the club.
The president is a little detached from that.
He more deals with the sergeant-at-arms.
Everybody goes through chain of command.
They holler at you, you holler at him.
And then you make the moves together.
I say, if you have ambition the best way to do it, the most honorable way is when elections come up.
You put your hat in the ringer.
You talk to brothers.
And you say, look, I want to run the club.
These are ideas.
I have what do you think about that, but to like down talk, your brother to make him look bad to everybody else, that's going to be a bad vp that would do that a bad vp can bury a good president, a lazy, vp will make the president do all the work.
I think that a vp may be the most important position as a president who you pick positioning wise to make your charter strong.
Now a sergeant-at-arms has to be that person that really, you know, it's between vp and sergeant arms that's.
Why they're at the top of the spectrum, you need a sergeant of arms that's going to protect the club to protect you by all means necessary and get you out of bad situations, but a vp has to do all the stuff that nobody wants to do like that's that's, the real to it like they got to be into it.
The most they got to be their heart and soul got to be into the club for the club to really succeed, a weak vp.
And your club is going to be weak, even if you have other strong members, if he's assuming that position of control and power, it can weaken the club, regardless of you know, how strong the other members are so hit me with a pound vp or a pound vice president.
If you actually are president, a matter of fact hit me with a pound, whatever your position you holds or pound I'm, a regular member me, I've been sergeant arms for a long time.
But now that I'm going strong with demons row tv.
I wanted to kick back just do my nomad thing and that's that's.
What works for me it's better for me? I can focus on what I got to do a vp needs to really focus on the club.
He can't really have too much extra going on or the club will falter so it's a lot of responsibility.
If you want to take that responsibility, on know, what you're getting into and it'll be best for the club.
If you have any questions on being a vice president or any other duties or protocol, you know, involving a vice president things that they handle in the club.
And you want to know because you're new to the position hit me in the comments with that hit the like button.
It really helps generate the views big.
Shout out to everybody that's been supporting the demons row, clothing follow us on instagram, @demonsrow, @sosetheghost_ and big, shout out to everybody that constantly supports.
